General Resolution
Make sure the main switch is turned on and the red LED is on. If it is, turn the main switch off, wait 5 seconds, then turn it on again. If the message continues, check that the motor cable (shown below) is plugged in.
The PhyzBatch's bin system is powered by a motor, located above the conveyor. If this motor cannot start, or otherwise cannot be detected the machine will not start, and will display this error message. The potential causes of this error are the following:
- a serial error has caused the control board to not detect the motor
- the motor is not plugged in
- the motor is faulty
Flip the main power switch off and on, the try again. If this does not resolve the issue, unplug and then plug the motor connection cable back in. You will need to pull back the conveyor cover to access the cables.
