Error - Camera Connection Lost

A description and troubleshooting steps for Error 105 - Camera connection lost.

General Resolution
Ensure the main switch is turned on and the red LED is on.  If it is, turn the main switch off, wait 5 seconds, then turn it on again.

This error message means that while the connection between the internal PC, controller board and camera was originally established, it was lost during operation.  This can be caused by:

  • the controller board firmware froze
  • the camera, USB cable, controller board, USB connection on the internal PC, or some combination thereof are faulty 

To resolve this problem, turn the main switch off, and then on again.  Resume your sort.  If the issue persists, turn the machine fully off including the mini-PC, turn it back on, and try again.  If the camera continues to disconnect, contact Support for further assistance.
