Can't Connect to PhyzBatch

What to do if you can’t connect to your PhyzBatch or your browser is showing a “can’t reach this page” message.

First, please ensure that your PhyzBatch is plugged in and that the miniPC and the main power switch (PhyzBatch Switch) are on.  You should see a solid red light above the main switch, and a white light on the miniPC Power Button.

Follow the troubleshooting steps in the Network Setup Guide.  Wired connections are preferred.

If you still can’t connect to the machine after performing the steps and troubleshooting in the Network Guide,  please contact Support.
